AEA was involved with this “Over 55” residential project from its beginning. The land formerly known as the Amato Farm was designed as an Open Space Community of 58 single family homes. AEA worked with local & state agencies to ensure that 75% of the farm would be kept in a permanent Conservation Restriction.
