AEA began this project by surveying the 100 acre master parcel on Lumber Street in Hopkinton. The 35 acre Modera parcel was cut and a 280-Unit apartment complex was designed and constructed. AEA was involved with local, state and federal agencies throughout the 3 year design-build process.
